Down Home Texas, by Stan McDonald "The Texas Chef" book signing

Stan McDonald, "The Texas Chef" will be visiting with old friends and neighbors and signing his latest book, "Down Home Texas" A native Texan, Stan spent part of his childhood on Johnson County's Little Hoss Ranch where his grandparents lived and worked. Later he and his parents lived for a time in Cleburne. Now this local boy is coming back to Cleburne and Johnson County to meet and visit with old friends and new. Stan will be signing his newest Texas cookbook, "Down Home Texas". Which will be available in the store. Stan wrote his first cookbook, A Taste of Texas, in 2013 and followed it up with the release of his 2017 cookbook, Down Home Texas. Stan’s Down Home Texas Tour took him all over the Lone Star State, the highlight of which was a presentation at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas. He is known by his fans as The Texas Chef, and he wears the title proudly.
